If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, will I get a refund?

If an event officially cancels and isn’t rescheduled, you’ll receive a full credit for the total of your order. Your tickets must be returned within seven (7) days of the event for you to receive a refund.  All ticket returns must be sent via a delivery service that provides package tracking numbers. We can’t provide credits or refunds under circumstances that are beyond our control; these include: event postponement, performer or lineup changes, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, illness, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments.
